Our custom labels on roll are designed to accommodate both manual and automatic labeling needs, utilizing durable backing material that continuously wraps around a cardboard spool. Each label is meticulously trimmed to ensure there is no excess material around it, providing you with neat and convenient roll labels that simplify your labeling process.
Please note, a minimum order of 5,000 labels is required for roll labels.
Tip: Upload vector art or 300 DPI PNG. Keep text ≥ 2–3 mm from the cut line for best readability.
Pay for the labels, not the storefront.

Custom Labels on Roll — unit price examples. Actual price varies by size, material, and options.
Pick a label stock for speed, durability, and the look you want.
Pick the size that fits your packaging or surface best. Measure the printable area, leave room for edges and curves, and choose a width × height that keeps your artwork readable.
Print is razor-sharp and the roll feeds perfectly on our labeler. Matte vinyl looks premium on jars and holds up in the fridge.
Bulk pricing is real—the more we ordered, the lower the unit cost. Colors pop on glossy vinyl and the cut is consistent across the roll.
Adhesive grabs well on kraft boxes and bottles. We chose 3″ core, outside-wind, and everything matched our applicator spec.
No silvering on the matte laminate and barcodes scan clean. Great consistency from the first label to the last.
We switched from sheets to rolls and packing time dropped by half. Edges are clean, no edge-lift on curved bottles.
Color is accurate to our Pantone guide. Ordered 10k—unit price dropped to $0.029 and quality stayed top-notch.
