- Flat surfaces (boxes, jars): measure the flat panel and subtract a few mm for clean borders.
- Curved items (bottles): shorter heights wrap better and avoid creasing.
- Text legibility: keep body text ≥ 7–8 pt at final print size.

Can I mix multiple designs/SKUs in one order?
Yes—add each flavor/scent/size/SKU as a separate item so we can quote and proof individually. You can still check out together.
MOQ is 100 labels per design.
What files do you accept and how should I set them up?
PNG/SVG/AI/PDF (300 DPI for rasters). Keep text and key details at least 2–3 mm from the edge.
For wraparound jar labels, leave a small 1–2 mm gap at the seam (or specify overlap if needed).
Straight-sided jars work best; for tapered jars, share the taper or provide a dieline template.
We’ll create the cut path and send a digital proof for approval.
Which materials are available?
Two premium options: Vinyl (Gloss) for vivid color pop and Matte Vinyl for a soft, low-glare finish.
Both use vibrant UV printing and a strong general-purpose adhesive—great for glass & plastic jars, metal lids, and boxes.
Optional laminate adds extra resistance to moisture, oils, and abrasion. (Exterior of packaging only; not for direct food contact.)
Can I choose core size, wind direction, and roll orientation?
Yes. Common specs are 3″ core with outside wind and labels facing out.
If your applicator needs a different orientation (left/right lead, inside wind), leave a note—we’ll match your machine.
How does pricing work? Is there a minimum?
The unit price drops as quantity increases (e.g., 500 → $0.116, 1k → $0.087,
2k → $0.062, 5k → $0.044 per label).
MOQ is 100 labels per design. Minimums can vary by size/shape—select options to see live pricing before checkout.
Are these labels suitable for jars and everyday handling?
Yes—vinyl and matte vinyl are water- and scratch-resistant for pantry, fridge, and retail use.
Great for food jars, spice jars, honey/jam, candles, and bath goods.
For oily/condensing surfaces (e.g., sauces, refrigerated items), add a laminate and apply to a clean, dry jar at room temperature.
