Pick the size that fits your packaging or surface best. Measure the printable area, leave room for edges and curves, and choose a width × height that keeps your artwork readable.
- Flat surfaces (boxes, jars): measure the flat panel and subtract a few mm for clean borders.
- Curved items (bottles): shorter heights wrap better and avoid creasing.
- Text legibility: keep body text ≥ 7–8 pt at final print size.

FAQ — Custom Buttons
Can I mix multiple designs in one order?
Yes. Please add each artwork/SKU as a separate item so we can quote correctly and proof each design individually. You can still check out together.
What files do you accept and how should I set them up?
PNG/SVG/AI/PDF (300 DPI for rasters). A transparent-background PNG or layered vector is best. Keep important details at least 2–3 mm from the cutline; minimum line weight ~0.4 mm. We’ll generate the die-line and send a digital proof for approval.
What finishes can I choose?
Standard print sits under a protective mylar. Available specialty finishes:
Clear, Holographic, Holo Broken, and Holo Star.
Your proof will show the finish and cutline before production.
What’s included and how durable are the buttons?
Each unit includes a metal pin-back button with full-color print under clear mylar and a safety pin fastener (double-pin on larger sizes optional).
The mylar provides scratch and splash resistance. Wipe clean with a soft cloth; avoid harsh solvents and long soaking.
Can I choose sizes and orientation?
Yes. Common sizes are 1″–3″ in round or square (custom shapes supported). We align the pin so the artwork sits upright when worn—tell us if you prefer a different orientation on the proof.
