- Flat surfaces (boxes, jars): measure the flat panel and subtract a few mm for clean borders.
- Curved items (bottles): shorter heights wrap better and avoid creasing.
- Text legibility: keep body text ≥ 7–8 pt at final print size.

FAQ — Custom Acrylic Keychains
Can I mix multiple designs in one order?
Each design (artwork) should be added as a separate item so we can quote correctly and proof each keychain individually. You can still combine them in one checkout.
What files do you accept and how should I set them up?
PNG/SVG/AI/PDF (100 DPI for rasters). A transparent background PNG or layered vector is best. Keep contour/cutline at least 2–3 mm from important details. We’ll generate the cut path and drill hole and send a digital proof for approval.
Are these single-sided or double-sided? What finishes can I choose?
Our Custom Acrylic Keychains use a front UV print with white backing (single-sided viewing). Available charm finishes: Clear, Holo Broken, Holo Star, and Holographic (rainbow). Your proof will show the finish, outline, and drill-hole position.
What’s included and how durable are the keychains?
Each set includes the printed acrylic charm plus your chosen hardware (installed). Polished edges and a solid white backing protect the artwork. Wipe clean with a soft cloth; avoid harsh solvents and heavy impacts.
