Pick the size that fits your packaging or surface best. Measure the printable area, leave room for edges and curves, and choose a width × height that keeps your artwork readable.
- Flat surfaces (boxes, jars): measure the flat panel and subtract a few mm for clean borders.
- Curved items (bottles): shorter heights wrap better and avoid creasing.
- Text legibility: keep body text ≥ 7–8 pt at final print size.

FAQ — Phone PopSocket
Can I mix multiple designs in one order?
Yes. Please add each design as a separate item so we can quote correctly and proof each PopSocket top individually. You can still check out together.
What files do you accept and how should I set them up?
PNG/SVG/AI/PDF (300 DPI for rasters). A transparent background PNG or layered vector is best. Keep important details at least 2–3 mm from the 2″ round edge. We’ll center/size your art and send a digital proof for approval.
What finishes can I choose? Is the print single- or double-sided?
The PopSocket top is single-sided UV print with a white backing. Available finishes: Gloss, Matte, Holo Broken, and Holographic (rainbow). Your proof will show finish and crop.
What’s included and how durable is it?
Each unit includes the printed top disc, collapsible grip/stand, and pre-applied 3M adhesive. The mechanism opens/closes smoothly and is tested for repeated use. Wipe clean with a soft cloth; avoid harsh solvents.
Will it stick to my phone case?
Sticks best to smooth, hard cases (TPU/PC). Not recommended for silicone, fabric, textured cases or uncoated leather. Clean the area with isopropyl alcohol and let the adhesive cure for 10–15 minutes before heavy use.
How long for proofing & shipping?
Digital proof in ~24 hours with unlimited edits before production. Free shipping on orders ≥ $39.9; otherwise a flat rate applies. Production time is shown at checkout and begins after proof approval.
