What files do you accept and how should I set them up?
PNG/SVG/AI/PDF (100 DPI for rasters). Keep text and key details at least 2–3 mm from the edge.
For barcodes/QRs, maintain a clear quiet zone around the code and avoid heavy backgrounds. Need a border or full-bleed? Leave a note at checkout. We’ll create the cut path and send a digital proof for approval.
Which materials are available?
Two high-quality options: Vinyl (Gloss) for vivid, high-contrast codes, and Matte Vinyl for low-glare scanning under bright lights. Both use vibrant UV printing and a strong general-purpose adhesive ideal for boxes, bottles, bins, and retail packaging.
Can I choose core size, wind direction, and roll orientation?
Yes. Common specs are 3″ core with outside wind and labels facing out. If your applicator needs a different orientation (left/right lead, inside wind), leave a note—we’ll match your machine.
How does pricing work? Is there a minimum?
