FAQ — Custom Acrylic Shaker
Can I mix multiple designs in one order?
Each design (artwork) should be added as a separate item so we can quote correctly and proof each charm individually. You can still combine them in one checkout.
What files do you accept and how should I set them up?
PNG/SVG/AI/PDF (300 DPI for rasters). A transparent background PNG or layered vector is best. Keep keyline/cutline at least 2–3 mm from important details. We’ll generate the cut path and send a digital proof for approval.
Are these single-sided or double-sided? What finishes can I choose?
Our Custom Acrylic Shaker charms are single-sided print viewed through a clear front shell. Available shell/overlay finishes: Clear, Holo Broken, Holo Star, and Holographic (rainbow). Your proof will show the finish and cut path.
What’s included and how durable are the shakers?
Each charm includes the acrylic shell set, printed inner plate (single-sided), and sealed shaker cavity for confetti/bits. Edges are smooth and the unit is assembled to resist everyday knocks. Wipe clean with a soft cloth; avoid harsh solvents and prolonged heavy impacts.
Can I choose hardware (keychain, clasp, etc.)?
Yes. Select from common hardware (key ring, lobster clasp, star/moon clasp, etc.) during configuration. If you need a specific color/finish, add a note at checkout—your proof will reflect placement and drill hole location.
How long for proofing & shipping?
Digital proof in ~24 hours with unlimited edits before production. Free shipping on orders ≥ $39.9; otherwise a flat rate applies. Production time is shown at checkout and begins after proof approval.
