Pick the size that fits your packaging or surface best. Measure the printable area, leave room for edges and curves, and choose a width × height that keeps your artwork readable.
- Flat surfaces (boxes, jars): measure the flat panel and subtract a few mm for clean borders.
- Curved items (bottles): shorter heights wrap better and avoid creasing.
- Text legibility: keep body text ≥ 7–8 pt at final print size.

FAQ — Transfer Stickers
Can I mix multiple designs?
Each design should be added as a separate item for accurate transfer pricing, weeding, and tape setup.
What file types do you accept?
SVG/AI/PDF (vector) preferred; PNG/JPG (300 DPI) accepted. Please expand strokes/outlines and remove extra effects. For clean weeding, keep min stroke ≈ 1.5 mm (≈0.06″) and min letter height ≈ 4 mm (≈0.16″).
Can you handle tiny letters, spacing, or multi-piece logos?
Yes. Transfer tape keeps all pieces perfectly spaced during install. Extremely small “islands” may be bridged or simplified for durability—we’ll flag this during proofing.
Single color or multi-color?
Standard transfer decals are single color (one vinyl). Multi-color is possible via layered decals or separate pieces applied in sequence—note this in your order and we’ll advise the best setup.
Are transfer stickers waterproof and UV-resistant?
Yes. Outdoor-rated vinyl + transfer tape = waterproof & UV-resistant, suitable for windows, cars, laptops, and gear. Clean, smooth surfaces adhere best; avoid heavy texture until tested.
How to apply, and what about proofing & shipping?
Apply: Clean & dry surface → squeegee over tape → peel backing → align & press → burnish → slowly remove transfer tape at a low angle.
