What is the minimum order quantity for custom stickers?
The minimum order amount for custom stickers is $9.9, and the number of stickers will depend on the size. Color and cutting method do not affect the minimum order amount. You can visit our custom sticker page to see specific details.
However, we offer free shipping discounts, so it is recommended to choose an appropriate amount of products to enjoy the benefits of free shipping.
3.Is it possible to upload multiple designs all at once?
No, each design should be saved in its own file and then uploaded one by one as a separate sticker. Once it's added to your cart, you can move on to upload the next design file.
Why is the size of my stickers changing after I upload the file?
When creating stickers with a contour cutline, our editor maintains the original proportions of your artwork. For example: If your original artwork measures 3x2 inches, with the contour cut, it's not possible to make the stickers 3x3 inches. You will have to edit your artwork or opt for circle/square stickers
Returns & Refunds
Firstly, we regret any returns and refund incidents, indicating that you have not found the products and services to your satisfaction here with us. However, since all custom stickers are produced specifically for individual orders, we are unable to reuse or repurpose them. Consequently, we do not accept returns unless there is a clear manufacturing defect. The sticker-making process involves multiple stages, and once printing is complete, it's not feasible to make changes or cancel the order.
However, if there is a problem with your stickers and we are at fault, we will take responsibility and correct the issue. Please reach out to us with your name, order number, and images highlighting the problem so we can resolve it through a reprint, refund, or store credit.
Any order discrepancies must be reported within one week of receiving the delivery. For a refund request, all stickers must be accounted for, and we may request that you return the order or provide evidence of its destruction.
Please note, we do not offer refunds or reprints for mistakes such as ordering the wrong size, design errors, or changes of mind once the order has been printed. The product sizes are as displayed on our website, so please verify the final dimensions before placing your order, as we do not double-check the original file sizes.
Is there a discount on multiple designs?
When you place orders for several designs at once, we don't have a discount available. Given that our minimum order quantity is already set quite low, further reductions are not possible.
Are stickers suitable for application on cylindrical or highly curved objects?
Our stickers are designed for adherence to relatively flat surfaces. We cannot assure that they will remain attached to cylindrical or highly curved objects。We recommend placing a small order for testing purposes before committing to a large quantity.
What if I am not satisfied with my instant proof?
Our design team meticulously reviews each sticker order, addressing any flaws prior to manufacturing. Should you have particular modifications in mind, feel free to annotate each sticker with your detailed instructions. We ensure that all feedback is thoroughly reviewed, and we will reach out if clarification is needed.
What if I am not happy with my order?
If you're dissatisfied with your order upon receipt, please contact us via email with your order number and attach a photo illustrating the issue. This will help us understand the problem and find a solution.

Content Rejection Policy
We uphold the principles of free speech and support the dissemination of your messages through the medium of stickers. Nevertheless, we retain the discretion to decline orders that we deem inappropriate. This includes, but is not limited to:
1.Visuals or illustrations with adult content such as depictions of child exploitation, excessively violent scenes, or any content implying non-consensual harm.
2.Visuals or illustrations that incite violence or foster animosity. Additionally, we retain the right to reject the printing of designs that we consider offensive.
