- Flat surfaces (boxes, jars): measure the flat panel and subtract a few mm for clean borders.

FAQ — Custom Acrylic Pins
Can I mix multiple designs in one order?
Yes. Please add each artwork as a separate item so we can quote correctly and proof each pin individually. You can still check out together.
What files do you accept and how should I set them up?
PNG/SVG/AI/PDF (100 DPI for rasters). A transparent-background PNG or layered vector is best. Keep important details at least 2–3 mm from the cutline; minimum line weight ~0.4 mm. We’ll generate the contour cut and place the pin post, then send a digital proof for approval.
Are these single-sided? What finishes can I choose?
Acrylic pins use a front UV print with white backing (single-sided viewing). Available finishes: Clear, Holo Broken, Holo Star, and Holographic (rainbow). Your proof shows finish, outline, and pin-post position.
What’s included and how durable are the pins?
Each unit includes the printed acrylic pin, metal pin post, and a rubber clutch. Pins feature polished edges and a protective topcoat for scratch resistance. Wipe clean with a soft cloth; avoid harsh solvents and heavy impact.
Can I choose the size and clutch style?
Yes. Common sizes are 1″–2.5″ (we recommend ≥ 1″ for readability). Choose rubber clutch (comfortable) . We’ll place the pin post for balance and confirm on the proof.
