International delivery typically takes 7–15 business days in transit. If your deadline is tight, consider a local rush provider.
What file formats and color settings do you accept?
PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, and SVG are supported. Use 300 DPI at final size. CMYK preferred (we accept sRGB and convert). Outline fonts or include them.
Cutline, bleed, and safety margins
We can create cutlines for free. For print-ready files: add ~3 mm (1/8 in) bleed and keep key text/logos at least 2 mm inside the cutline.
Minimums and multiple designs
Typical MOQ is 50 pcs per design for most sticker SKUs. Multiple designs are welcome—add them as separate line items.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes—volume discounts are available. Please see the specific product page for tiers and final pricing.
How are duties and taxes handled?
We collect and remit taxes according to your local requirements. Import duties may apply depending on country and order value.
What if there’s damage or a print/cut defect?
We stand by our quality. If there’s a defect or the order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number—reprint or refund as appropriate.
